Hatch partnered with Pulso to develop APPA, a digital platform that seamlessly connects employees with mental health, legal, and coaching professionals. Featuring a smart matching algorithm and end-to-end case management, APPA simplifies access to personalized support.
Designed for ease of use and accessibility, the platform offers self-service mental health tests, tailored exercises, and expert advice. Fully optimized for mobile devices, APPA has received positive early feedback, with ongoing plans for expansion. This project represents a major step forward in digitizing workplace well-being, making essential support services more accessible, efficient, and impactful.
